OVIRO applies a fully independent deployment model — each customer is installed on a separate server (provided by us or on your own server). Once installation is complete, you can change server access credentials and block external access, including from the OVIRO team itself.
With OVIRO, you fully control the scale of your business. There are no limits on the number of users, stores, or transactions. The system is designed to scale to your actual needs, from small startups to large corporations with thousands of employees and hundreds of branches.
The Standard plan includes 15 foundation modules that cover the common needs of commerce operations. The Advanced plan includes the same 15 Standard modules plus any 5 modules you choose from the 15 Advanced modules (e.g. AI, Omnichannel Chat, Affiliate, RFID, Catch-weight...) — not all 15 Advanced modules. You can add any additional Advanced module beyond your chosen 5 for 15,000,000 VND/year (yearly subscription) or 105,000,000 VND (one-time payment) per extra module. For full source code, please contact us for a quote.
You can upgrade your plan or add modules at any time by contacting us. We'll help you upgrade to the level that fits your business needs. You can provide your server details, or we'll give you instructions (Linux commands) so you can perform the upgrade yourself.
Absolutely! OVIRO is built on an advanced multi-tenant and multi-seller architecture, letting you create a professional e-commerce platform that manages multiple sellers, multiple sales channels, and a complete e-commerce ecosystem. Our expert team will work with you throughout the design, deployment, and operation of your own marketplace.
You can request OVIRO to build a custom interface by sending us your design; the cost to develop one interface is 10,000,000 VND, and it takes about 2 weeks.
If installed on your server: the software switches to view-only, no new entries; after 60 days it's fully locked. If using an OVIRO server: without renewal within 30 days, the server automatically shuts down and deletes all data, so you'll need to export and store it beforehand.
