OVIRO applies a completely independent deployment model - each customer is installed on a separate server (provided by us or using your own server). After installation is complete, you can change server access credentials and prevent external access, including from the OVIRO team.
With OVIRO, you fully control the scale of your business. There are no limits on the number of users, stores, or transactions. The system is designed to scale according to the actual needs of the business, from small startups to large corporations with thousands of employees and hundreds of branches.
You can upgrade the software at any time by contacting us. We will assist you in upgrading to the level that suits your business needs. You can provide server information or we will provide instructions (Linux commands) for you to perform the upgrade yourself.
Absolutely! OVIRO is built on advanced multi-tenant and multi-seller architecture, allowing you to create a professional e-commerce platform with the ability to manage multiple sellers, multi-channel sales, and a complete e-commerce ecosystem. Our expert team will accompany you throughout the design, deployment, and operation of your own marketplace.
For PRO & ENTERPRISE packages, in addition to free development of 1 theme, you can request OVIRO to develop additional themes by sending your design to us. The cost for developing one theme is 10,000,000 VND, and it takes 2 weeks.
If installed on your server: the software only allows viewing data, no new entries; after 60 days it will be completely locked. If using OVIRO server: not renewing within 30 days, the server will automatically shut down and delete all data. You need to export and store your data before that.
